Daisy & Duster provides domestic cleaning and light garden maintenance services including, but not limited to, weeding, planting, pruning, garden tidy-ups, and household cleaning. All work is carried out to a professional standard with reasonable care and attention.

Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client and an assessment of the work required. Final costs may vary if additional work is requested or if the scope of work changes.

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

Payment is due on completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment may be made via bank transfer or other agreed method.

Late payments may result in future bookings being declined.

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover time lost.

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and garden at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained, the visit may still be chargeable.

• For safety reasons, Daisy & Duster will not undertake tasks that are considered unsafe, including:
• Working at excessive heights
• Heavy lifting beyond safe limits
• Use of specialist or hazardous equipment

All services are carried out in accordance with basic health and safety practices.

Clients should ensure that:

• Pets are secured where necessary
• Hazardous items are safely stored
• Any fragile or valuable items are identified in advance

Daisy & Duster will take all reasonable care while working at your property. However, liability cannot be accepted for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Wear and tear to surfaces or materials
• Damage resulting from faulty fixtures or fittings

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

Garden services may occasionally need to be rearranged due to severe weather conditions for safety reasons.
